We have been successful in having an Aquathon Criterion into the NQ Games this year - come and have a go. AG prizes top 3 place getters in 5 year increments. Finisher medals for all participants. More details to follow.

1km run followed by a 140m swim repeat as many laps as you can in 1 hour
Junior Race:
500m run followed by a 70m swim repeat as many laps as you can in 20mins
