Welcome to the Academy - So whats the Academy all about?  Well firstly it's about listening, learning and achieving.  With our weekend training camps, we aim to take you to that next level, whatever that maybe for you, With the best coaches the region has to offer, in Swim, Bike, Run and Body Management.  Numbers are kept small so you get the individual coaching that is needed.

 

So what does a training camp cover?

 

The camp starts well before the actual weekend, we send you some forms to complete and ask you to do a few things before you get to the weekend.  This means we can hit the ground running, as most of the administration is already done 

 

So what happens on the Camp?

 

The camp starts early both days and runs from 06:30 - 16:30, you will be video'd in the water and whilst your running, this will then be analyised and fed back to you during the two days.  Your lunch and morning/ afternoon T is covered as is entry to the pool. We show you the importance of measuring yourself during the bike session, and how you can improve in the shortest time possible.

 

Is that it?

 

No - far from it we take you on a fitness journey show you the importance of body management with our own Chiropractor to guide you through the functional aspects of body alignment, to be the most efficent that you can be.  We take talk about the different aspects of bike fit and run you through a number of Funtional Threashold tests, talk about nutrition and much much more.  There will only be a few of these sessions next year so book in early as the value is much much more than the cost!
